Mushroom Menus have been the “classic” format of the BUSCASETAS Festival since 2001, when Carlos D. Cidón introduced a concept that quickly attracted a group of enthusiastic chefs.

Once again, participants offering a BUSCASETAS Menu surprise us with a wide-ranging gastronomic selection, where mushrooms and fungi from Castilla y León take center stage.

Among the menus, you’ll find classic and traditional dishes as well as creative and original preparations. There are menus to suit all tastes and budgets.
