The BUSCASETAS Recipe Collection is an extensive compilation of the finest gastro-mycological creations that our chefs have prepared for various editions of the festival. The collection began in 2010, initiated by Pedro Mario Pérez, then delegate of Euro-Toques in Castilla y León.
Today, the collection features around 500 mushroom recipes for delicious dishes, generously contributed by the best chefs of Castilla y León.
Until 2015, the recipes were grouped into digital PDF cookbooks. From 2016 onwards, the recipe collections have been available for online consultation. From appetizers to meat and fish dishes, to desserts… all made with porcini, saffron milk caps, chanterelles, Caesar’s amanitas, black trumpets, and more—allowing you to enjoy the world’s largest mushroom recipe collection!
