At the BUSCASETAS Gastro-Mycological Festival, participation is FREE and reserved for hospitality restaurants and bars located in Castilla y León. Participants can join in two formats: Mushroom Menu or Mushroom Tapa.
Participants offering a Mushroom Menu must serve a menu of at least 4 courses featuring mushrooms or fungi from Castilla y León during the festival. All requirements can be found in the Participation Rules.
Participants offering a Mushroom Tapa can present up to 3 mushroom tapas, each containing mushrooms or fungi from Castilla y León among their ingredients. All requirements are detailed in the Participation Rules.
