PARTICIPATE WITH A BUSCASETAS MUSHROOM MENU
Establishments located in Castilla y León with a restaurant license are eligible to participate. All participating establishments must comply with the requirements listed below. Participation is free and open, with the festival organizers covering all costs of organization and promotion.
All participating restaurants must offer a mushroom menu that meets the following conditions:
- The BUSCASETAS mushroom menu must include a minimum of four dishes, each prepared with different types of mushrooms native to Castilla y León.
- The chosen menu must be provided to the organizers for publication on the website, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Mushrooms can be either the main ingredient or part of the accompaniment in each dish.
- Participants are free to set the price of their menu.
- Participants must indicate whether beverages are included in the menu or not.
PARTICIPATE WITH A BUSCASETAS MUSHROOM TAPA
Establishments located in Castilla y León with a restaurant, café, or bar license are eligible to participate. All participating establishments must comply with the requirements listed below. Participation is free and open, with the festival organizers covering all costs of organization and promotion.
All participating bars and cafés must offer a mushroom tapa that meets the following conditions:
- The tapa must be available at the establishment throughout the 16 days of the festival.
- The name and photograph of the tapa must be provided to the organizers for publication on the website, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Mushrooms can be either the main ingredient or part of the tapa.
- Participants may offer more than one tapa.
- Each participant is free to set the price of the tapa(s).
FESTIVAL DURATION
The BUSCASETAS Gastro-Mycological Festival will take place from November 1 to 16, 2025, simultaneously at all participating establishments. During the festival, participants must offer their chosen BUSCASETAS Menu or Mushroom Tapa at their establishment.
BUSCASETAS REGISTRATION
The registration period runs from October 1 to 15, 2025. Registration can be completed on the event website (under the Registration section) or by sending an email to the festival’s technical office. Registration will be considered formal once all the information requested by the organizers has been provided:
- Establishment name
- Contact person’s name
- Contact phone number and email address
- Full postal address of the establishment
- Establishment website (if applicable)
- Restaurants: Mushroom menu to be offered during the festival
- Bars and cafés: Mushroom tapa to be offered during the festival
The organizers will confirm participants’ registration via email. A maximum of 200 participants is allowed for each participation type (menu or tapa), and all interested parties have the same registration period.
Participants will be registered in strict order of registration until the maximum number is reached or the registration period ends. Those who register on time but after all available spots are filled will be notified that participation is not possible.
All participating establishments agree to provide the organizers with all required information so that promotional materials can be delivered in a timely manner.
